Description:
An training image for the gym i went to, taken in a park (in Ecuador). This shows that you can exercise outdoors with suspension training equipment that helps you workout to improve strength, power, balance and stabilisation. It can be even used as part of cardio training. Its challenging and fun.

Description:
This is a picture of myself doing an aerial loop in freestyle kayaking at the National Water Sports Centre. It was taken by the photographer Malcolm Cook The sport boosts fitness levels as it is a high demanding sport, using several different muscles. Each trick often lasts a matter of seconds, relying on high levels of aerobic respiration to complete each manoeuvre.

This is a photo of me and my synchronised swimming duet partner at a competition in Greece. It is well known that swimming is a great way to stay healthy. Furthermore, synchronised swimming adds flexibility, strength, grace and artistry.

This series shot was taken in the French Alps this summer where I spent two weeks riding from 9am until 6pm every day.
Training for BUCS

Training on the rings for BUCS university gymnastics at the Rushcliffe Gymnastics Centre.
I train at least four and a half hours a week on variety of apparatus, as well as core conditioning classes and flexibility training.

Downhill mountain biking this summer, South Wales. Walking up the hill then biking down all day, with friends who push you to go as fast as you can, keeps me fairly healthy!
